    The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to search for qualified Bidders to provide various modalities of Substance Use Treatment (SUD) services to Alameda County residents. This RFI will also serve a readiness assessment function which will enable BHCS to address the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) requirement of network adequacy prior to releasing the RFP.

    It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions for Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services to award contracts for the provision of case and care management services for individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) reentering the community from jail or prison (Reentry) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Advocacy populations. Case and care managers will provide transitional support services for a time-limited duration in order to link clients with longer term support services as needed. Bidders can submit proposals for one or both priority populations but they have to include a separate proposal and budget for each population.
