Welcome to the Alameda County SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICES FINDER.
The Finder includes information about services and programs provided by the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency’s Behavioral Health Care Services Agency, Public Health Department and School Health Services to schools throughout the county. The purpose of this site is to look up school-based services and programs for youth and their families and improve service coordination among providers.
The information in the Finder is updated annually at the beginning of each school year. For the most current program information, days and hours of service, etc. please contact the Program Contact person listed. To report errors or submit updates, please contact ACSHSFinder@acbhcs.org.
