Frequently Asked Questions Now Available
The Health Professions Education Foundation and the California Mental Health Directors Association developed the following list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) for the Mental Health Loan Assumption Program (MHLAP). Please click here to access the FAQs document.
Please note that there are two deadlines for interested MHLAP applicants:
The County Employment Verification Form must be postmarked on or before December 10, 2009 and sent to Toni Tullys, ACBHCS Workforce Development Manager. Ms. Tullys will review the forms with Dr. Marye Thomas, the ACBHCS Behavioral Health Care Director and send them directly to the Foundation.
Completed MHLAP applications must be postmarked on or before January 24, 2010 and sent to the Health Professions Education Foundation.
