  • User Authorization (MHS / AOD) - to setup InSyst username and access to InSyst database
  • Disallowed Claim Systems (DCS) - to report services claimed in error.  Please read the instructions on how to report errors to BHCS.

  • Report Request - to create/modify reports or run existing reports

  • Service Request - to make request on software, hardware, network communication and other computing needs

    The State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs released a report detailing the number of Administrative Discharges by county. Alameda’s percentage was a little higher than the National average. Though all Episode Closing fields were completed the State still only accepts Discharge Codes 1,2,3,5 as Standard Discharge Codes and codes 4,6,7,8 as Administrative Discharge Codes.
