Strategic Plan
Over the past year BHCS developed a five-year strategic plan for alcohol and other drug (AOD) primary prevention services to address the current prevention needs for all age groups (youth, young adults, adults and older adults) in Alameda County. In this plan four priority areas have been identified to serve as the foundation for the BHCS AOD Prevention System for the next five years. These priority areas guided the development of the strategic plan’s goals and objectives and are aligned with the current direction of the State of California’s Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. The plan can be viewed by clicking on the link below. View Report (Large file: 14,000 KB) - Pictures from Lila Butts' Retirement Party
