2007 Benchmark Plans
In addition to the nine 2007 Benchmark Plans, there are five Zero-Premium Plans for dual-eligible clients. These plans fall under the Federal “de minimus” rule because their premium increases are less than $2.00 over the CA Benchmark premium. While these are not Benchmark plans, this rule allows duals to enroll in them without paying any additional costs.
