With the completion of the community planning process and the thirty day review period on December 8, 2008, Alameda County submitted the Proposed Three Year Program and Expenditure Plan for the Workforce, Education and Training (WE&T) Component of the MHSA to the California Department of Mental Health (DMH).

Alameda County's WE&T Plan must be approved by DMH prior to any implementation of projects including Requests-For-Proposals. Please check this site often for updates.
